Tina Fey
Comedic genius, best-selling author, trail blazer...there are a million reasons to love the youngest winner of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor (check out her acceptance speech here), but our favorite is the fact that she bring a much-needed voice of normalcy to women everywhere. The first ever female head writer of SNL, Fey first made a name for herself in Chicago's improv scene then graduated to the créme de la créme of sketch comedy before spearheading a show of her own. Today she's the head honcho and star of NBC's 30 Rock and whether you love or hate the show, it's hard to deny that Fey's razor-sharp wit is a distinct step outside of the cookie-cutter sitcom and that she, herself, is busting her proverbial hump to shed light on the difficulties of working moms. Fey and hubby Jeff Richmond have two daughters, Alice and Penelope Athena.
